Mastery of Rage is a virtual 45-minute ceremonial practice inspired by Kali Ma—the Mother of Nature, creation, destruction, and rebirth. This class is a space where feminine anger is no longer suppressed, pathologized, or feared, but honored as raw life force and consciously alchemized into Divine power.

Through purifying breathwork, transmutative somatic movement, and intentional energetic release, we work with rage as sacred fuel—burning away what no longer serves and reclaiming clarity, self-authority, and embodied strength. We then land gently back into the heart through grounding meditation, integrating power with compassion.

The practice is followed by dedicated time for sharing and vocal release—a supported space to vent, clear, and be witnessed without fixing or judgment.

This is not about calming down.

This is about channeling the fire wisely.

Destruction in service of rebirth.

Rage in service of love.

I’m new to this kind of work. Can I still attend?

Absolutely. Our classes and workshops are created to be welcoming, accessible, and empowering—no prior experience needed. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or deepening it, you’ll be guided every step of the way with care and clarity.

Do you offer virtual classes or are they all in person?

We offer a mix of in-person and virtual events to meet you wherever you are. Virtual classes are hosted live via Zoom, and some may be recorded for later access. Be sure to check the event details for location and format.

What should I bring to a class or workshop?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water, a journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (like a blanket, cushion, or sacred item). If something specific is needed for a particular event, we’ll let you know in advance.

Will I be expected to share or speak during a class?

Not unless you want to. While some workshops include opportunities for reflection or discussion, you’ll never be put on the spot. This is your space to show up exactly as you are—quietly, boldly, or somewhere in between.
