A Virtual 11-Day Virtual Practice for Women
SADHANA is a sacred 11-day commitment designed to empower, heal, and elevate women through the potency of daily practice. Each morning, we gather for a 20–30 minute ritual of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation—building consistency that awakens clarity, inner strength, and guidance.
This cycle is centered on “We Are Creators.” Together, we explore how clearing what holds us back opens space to align with the frequencies of everything we desire. Through steady practice, we shift our energy, reshape our thoughts, and step into the truth that we are powerful creators—capable of quantum leaping into new possibilities, timelines, and versions of ourselves.
What to expect each day:
The same grounding practice to cultivate stability, devotion, and momentum
A fresh daily message exploring the theme We Are Creators
Live Zoom class at 7am, with a 26-hour replay to ensure flexibility
A group text thread with daily prompts for reflection and inspiration
We begin 1/11, in a 1 Year—a potent portal of fresh starts, new energy, and new cycles. This timing supports intention, renewal, and calling in what you are ready to create.
This is your invitation to commit, clear, and rise—guided by devotion, anchored in ritual, and awakened to your creative power. Your quantum leap into alignment, manifestation, and empowered creation begins here.

FAQs
What types of workshops and classes do you offer?
We offer a range of group experiences including Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy healing circles, and ritual-based workshops aligned with the seasons, moon phases, and personal transformation. Each one is designed to support your healing, awakening, and embodiment in midlife and beyond.
Do you offer group sessions or private events?
Yes! We love creating custom group experiences for everything from corporate wellness days to bridal parties and girls' nights. Sessions can include breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and ritual—tailored to your group's energy and intention. [Contact us] to co-create your event or visit our Workshops & Classes page for upcoming group offerings open to the public.
I’m new to this kind of work. Can I still attend?
Absolutely. Our classes and workshops are created to be welcoming, accessible, and empowering—no prior experience needed. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or deepening it, you’ll be guided every step of the way with care and clarity.
Do you offer virtual classes or are they all in person?
We offer a mix of in-person and virtual events to meet you wherever you are. Virtual classes are hosted live via Zoom, and some may be recorded for later access. Be sure to check the event details for location and format.
What should I bring to a class or workshop?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water, a journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (like a blanket, cushion, or sacred item). If something specific is needed for a particular event, we’ll let you know in advance.
Will I be expected to share or speak during a class?
Not unless you want to. While some workshops include opportunities for reflection or discussion, you’ll never be put on the spot. This is your space to show up exactly as you are—quietly, boldly, or somewhere in between.
